1. General
By using 24Lane and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order. Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in the capacity as a company, with a physical address in one of the markets that 24Lane provides deliveries to, can place an order. 24Lane and its distributor reserves the right to restrict different areas for delivery.
The inclusion of any products or services at 24Lane at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do our best to ensure that information on 24Lane.net is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on 24Lane.net may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products at 24Lane.net are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those at 24Lane.net at the time you place your order.
24Lane want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our service runs like clockwork. You understand and agree not to
(I) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services, (II) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the 24Lane.net site, or which impacts the security of the site.

2. Prices and Delivery Charges
All prices displayed on 24Lane.net are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST)  which will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Indian tax regulations.
A standard delivery charge applies to each order, regardless of the size or weight of the shipment. The total cost of your order-including applicable GST and the delivery charge for your selected shipping method-will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
If we are unable to fulfill your order in a single shipment and need to make multiple deliveries, no additional delivery charges will be applied for the subsequent shipments.

3. Ordering/Conclusion of Contract
Orders can be placed via 24Lane.net only. Please visit our customer service pages for further information.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your purchase request. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your request/order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. Although we aim to keep our site up to date and free from errors, we may from time to time have technical issues with the site resulting in the display of incorrect information (such as availability and price). Due to this we reserve the right to cancel your order, or part of your order, from the time you have received your order confirmation email until the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse and you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact 24Lane Customer Service who will settle the refund.

4. Delivery
24Lane exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
24Lane endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed.
Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 20 days for shipment within India and 45 days Internationally. You may cancel our order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. You will find the full Delivery Policy at 24Lane.net.

5. Withdrawal of Order
You may cancel your order before its dispatched via the cancel tab which will be made functional in the confirmation email and order pages. Once the order has been dispatched no cancellation will be permitted. Return, Exchange for size of your outfit will be eligible within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for the same. Products on sale are not eligible for return or online credit. Once we receive and verify the item we will process your exchange or return within 14 days. International orders are not eligible for returns and exchange. Charges for gift packaging and postage are not refunded when returning goods. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will include the standard delivery cost for prepaid orders only. Please note that 24Lane will not refund any applicable customs duties or sales tax. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
Please note that you will bear the cost of the return, unless the item is faulty. You will find the full Returns Policy at 24Lane.net.
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the instructions on our return pages on 24Lane.net and return the item(s) to us within the 7 day period set forth in section above.
We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the items in our warehouse, or evidence of you having sent back the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such a change in any case this will not generate any additional charges.
If the item you have received is defective, please notify 24Lane promptly and return the item. 24Lane will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery, unless you keep other items in the order, and costs of the return. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through 24Lane.net (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), 24Lane reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.

6. Returns
24Lane guarantees a full refund for any returned items provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt.
This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. 24Lane holds the right to determine the state of the returned item and decide on the refund.

7. Payment methods
We offer a range of payment options. We accept payments through VISA and MasterCard credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal and UPI.

8. Our Liability
You agree that Your use of the Website is at Your own risk. Lane24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with Your use of the Website. In no event shall Lane24 be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, or loss of profits.

9. Colors
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer/Any other display screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer/Other screens will accurately display such colors.
An item’s measurements given at Contact@24lane.net are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.

10. Guarantee
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, 24Lane abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay.

11. Assignment
24Lane reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.

12. Severance
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
